About
Writing about AI systems from the intersection of technical product work and solution-oriented thinking.
I’m Greg Ziemiecki, and Productalise is where I write about AI observability, evaluation, and production behavior.
The focus is not on AI as a trend, and not on generic product management either. It is on what happens when AI systems meet real usage: prompt changes that alter behavior, retrieval that looks healthy but misses intent, dashboards that create false confidence, evaluations that drift, and signals that matter more than latency or successful response counts alone.
My perspective is shaped by working close to implementation, use cases, telemetry, and the operational questions teams face once AI features move beyond the demo. I am most interested in the gap between what a system reports technically and what users actually experience.
If that is the kind of work you do too, you can also find me on LinkedIn.
